Melting Facility

We have 4 Induction crucibles of 500 Kg, 750 Kg, 2000 KG & 5000 Kg capacities to take care of different size of castings. They are supplemented with two numbers auto control ladle pre-heaters, mould pre-heaters etc.

Dip type pyrometers are provided for controlling pouring temperatures required for different alloys.

Spectrometers are situated in vicinity of furnaces to provide bath & final analysis before pouring.

Selection of raw material is one of our strong point. We take great care in selecting & processing of scrap which results in uniform chemistry & good quality.
