Moulding

For smaller size castings (from 15 Kg to 300 Kg) we utilize hand moulding with environment friendly resin called “Ecolotech” & 80% of used sand is reclaimed.

For bigger size casting (from 300 Kg to 3000 Kg) moulding is done with the aid of “OMEGA” make continuous mixture & associated reclamation machines complete with dust collectors. Binder used is “ALFASET” resin.
